I was baptized with water when I was born. I was raised in a broken home, but even through the turmoil the Lord was watching over me. He made sure I knew who he was in Bible School (my babysitter’s church). He made sure I was kept alive, during periods of trial and error in my life (I’ve been mortally spared 5 times). He kept showing up everywhere in my life and calling to me. I ignored him for many years, even disbelieved at one time. Ultimately his long suffering and faithfulness was all that remained after all my plans eventually went south. I confessed my sins to the Lord and was reborn on October 29, 1991. I was baptized with water in 2006.		I have been married to my best friend, Jennifer for nearly 14 years. Together we have 4 beautiful, bright and faithful children. We were blessed in January with a grandson and my cup runneth over! I am the son of a musician and an actress. I can be quite silly sometimes. Originally from Mason City, I’ve lived in Des Moines for four years. I have been formally trained in vocal music. I competed for vocal I ratings throughout High School and went to All-State Music Festival 4 years in a row. I taught myself to boogie on the piano and have played around with that, and bands for 34 years. I have heard God calling me to sing for Him for decades, but have now heeded that call. Only now in Bound4Him have I received the joy from music as God inhabits the praises of his people!
I am blessed because the Lord loves me and sent his only begotten Son to be crucified and give up his life as payment for my sins.
